Stages of surgery

Determination of anesthesia and method

The anesthesia method is decided by considering the medications used by the patient. It is known that the success rate of the surgery increases when the patients are completely asleep in operations where local anesthesia methods are generally used.

Incision in the chest for surgery

There are three known incision opening methods. These are the incision around the areola, the incision downward from the areola, and the incision downward and sideways from the areola. The way the incision is made may vary depending on the quality of the breast skin, breast size and fullness.

Shaping the breast

The breast tissue is opened from below or from the sides depending on the incision, and then the breast is reshaped by removing excess tissue. If necessary, the tissues around the excessively large areos are reduced by cutting. Removal of excess skin is necessary in order not to disrupt the elastic structure.

Closing the cuts made

After shaping the breast and cutting the excess tissues when necessary, the surgical part of the operation is almost over. The incisions opened in this section are closed and the time to see the tightening of the breast is waited. In general, the incisions are tried to be hidden with the help of the natural lines of the breast to avoid scars. The incisions are opened here and the closure process is applied here. Although surgical scars are usually permanent, in most cases they disappear after a while. In the process of closing the incisions, the stitches are placed a little deeper to provide support for the shape of the new breast to be more prominent.

Now the surgery is over and the results can be seen as the stitches disappear and the tissue around the breast gets used to its new shape.

Risks of breast lift surgery

After this surgery, unwanted scars, infection, loss of sensation in the nipples, breast enlargement beyond the desired size

Göğüs Dikleştirme Ameliyatı Riskler Göğüs dikleştirme ameliyatları, önce uygulanacak tekniğin belirlenmesi sonrasında ise, cilt kalitesinin belirlenmesi, göğüs ve areola tabakasının ölçümü gibi değerlendirmelerinin yapılması aşamaları sonrasında gerçekleşir.
